We are in denial to believe that murder or adultery is not in our hearts, we are in denial if we believe that lies are not in our hearts. There is none good, all have fallen short, whether we know it or not. Ignorance is merely an excuse we use, but God is graceful and longsuffering until we are made aware of the sin from our hearts that defile. My point was that salvation is ALL Jesus. Your friend that has lies in his life must see his lies as sin, then see Christ as Lord, and repent of his lies. Even the saints must rely on Christ for their salvation, I just realized what I would and could be capable if not for my Lord. jerusha,
